Skip's Weekly Edtech Jobs: October 7

Thank you for reading the EdSkipper, Skip’s newsletter about skipping from education to education-aligned careers. Every Saturday, I send out a list of curated remote jobs. Premium subscribers receive two additional emails a month with industry insights and advice to help you apply more competitively to the jobs you’re passionate about.

I’m really happy to see how useful y’all found the layoff tracker from this week’s premium newsletter. And we’ve already had a number of additions — and a few more still to come after I do additional research to flesh out the details.

As I’m doing that research, it reminds me how hard it is to find layoff information, even when you know the company did layoffs. But it demonstrates why we need to create our own networks to aggregate and share relevant info!

~I hope you find some fantastic jobs to apply to this weekend,
Chelsea

Last Week’s Poll Results:

The results for last week’s poll weren’t even close — if you’re applying, you’re watching edtech layoffs carefully. Keep an eye on the newsletter for updates as the winter unfolds.
